About the Role

The Care Manager is a leader in clinical excellence, going above and beyond to ensure that the clinical care delivered to our residents is of the best standard every day.

This clinical leadership role works with a team of managers, nurses and carers who will look to you to set the standard of care in the care home.

Reporting to the General Manager this role leads clinical care providing clinical assessments, care planning and liaising with medical officers and allied health professionals.

About You

To be successful in the Care Manager role with Aurrum, you will need to have:

  • Current Registered Nurse qualification with experience in managing and leading teams
  • Demonstrated success in an aged care or health care-related role
  • A track record of delivering outstanding care outcomes
  • Excellent computer literacy and time management skills (our care documentation is electronic)
  • Valid National Police check (specific to work in aged care)
  • COVID-19 vaccination certificate
