ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the General Manager this position supports customer service for care home operations and also provides administrative support to the Administration Officer and the Client Services Team.

The ideal candidate will maintain the highest standards of professional conduct, be able to liaise with people at all levels, and work in a highly confidential manner.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• Demonstrated experience in an administrative/customer service role (prior exposure to Aged Care or Healthcare would be highly desirable)
• Experience in managing competing priorities of a busy front desk/phone environment
• Good computer literacy
• Excellent verbal, written communication and numeracy skills
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
• Valid National Police check (specific to work in aged care)
• COVID-19 vaccination certificate
