ABOUT THE ROLE

This role involves leading a team and providing floor supervision and guidance as you oversee the clinical care provided to our residents.

You are a passionate leader that inspires your team to pursue excellence in care. You have exceptional clinical skills and a strong focus on caring for residents in a person-centred way. You are a critical part in ensuring holistic care is delivered to residents through their care plans whilst developing strong relationships with the people you care for and their families.

You will enjoy the challenge of managing a care team and supporting their care delivery to our residents, and setting the standard of the highest level of respect, dignity and privacy of our residents and their families. You will be passionate about encouraging and supporting team member development and create an environment and culture where people can be the best that they can be every day.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

  • Current AHPRA registration
  • Valid National Police check (specific to work in aged care)
  • COVID-19 vaccination certificate
  • A track record of delivering outstanding care outcomes
  • Experience in electronic care management systems
  • Strong communication and time management skills
